“eyesaBOve” and “Designed in Australia By a MAD Irishman” are registered trademarks in Australia. All images of eyesaBOve products are owned by eyesaBOve Ptd Ltd. Any other images that are used by eyesaBOve have been obtained by the rightful owner and permission was granted.

Product Information

All eyesaBOve Sunglasses have been provided as clear as possible, so you know exactly what you receive. But bear in mind we can't guarantee that the photos will be exactly like we have shown as all our sunglasses, especially the acetate models, will have their own unique acetate pattern.

We cannot guarantee that all our products will always be in stock, so they will be updated regularly if out of stock.

 

Orders

All orders received through the eyesaBOve website will be subject to our refusal if we deem necessary and reserve the right to do this without explanation. On receipt of any order, further checks may be made to prevent any fraudulent use.

If you place an order and then want to cancel for whatever reason, please phone us on 07 33903113 or email us contact@eyesabove.com.au before we ship the goods. Sunglasses are normally picked and shipped within 1 day. Sunglasses sent cannot be cancelled, but please go to our Return Policy page to find out some great options.

 

Payments

eyesaBOve uses PayPal and Eway is available for credit card payments for the sunglasses ordered.

Any fees associated with the order will be paid by you in full.
